announcement; time pips.

Echo of Hope - VOH, 4885 // 6250 // 9100 kHz., on Feb 23 (Thursday) continues to make no frequency changes
since about Jan 12; today at 0737 UT, the EBS TV audio feed for the English language lesson ("Wang cho bo
yeong-eo" - Beginner's English); "I don't like exercising. I like snowboarding. Do you have the time? Do
you have time next weekend?" On 9100, N. Korea jamming started at *0743.

KOREA SOUTH. Echo of Hope - VOH, 3985 // 4885 // 5995 // 6250 // 6350 // 9100, at 1136 UT, March 4 (Saturday);
the weekend only program of the English language lesson with the continued reading of a portion of Chapter
12 of "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone," along with lengthy explanations in Korean; as usual 9100 with
very good reception (not jammed). Has been about seven weeks now since VOH last changed any frequencies!

Voice of the People remains with their long standing unchanged frequencies on 3480 // 3910 // 3930 // 4450
// 4560 // 6520 // 6600, at 1105, March 4.

Voice of Freedom, on 5920 kHz., on March 4, with fairly good reception:

1115 UT - "Dodbogilo boneun sesang" (The world through a magnifying glasses)
1130 - "Aneun geos-i him-ida" (Knowing is power)
1200 -  The usual single tone; then "Jayu-e solibangsong-eseo bam 9 (ahob) sileul allyeodeulibnida" (In English -
Voice of Freedom has announced 9pm); nice singing station jingle - "jinsil-e soli, huimang-e soli, jayu-e soli bangsong!"
(Voice of Truth, Voice of Hope, Voice of Freedom broadcast); then the "Bodo gwangjang" (News Plaza) segment.
