0030 UTC - Good copy on an SDR in Ohio. S9+10 on peaks. SINPO 55334. Good modulation with 5-6 KHz bandwidth.

My bet is that this is Nowhere Radio.

0205 UTC - TX off suddenly mid-song, which is (was) typical of Nowhere Radio.

IC-7300, R-390A, SX 62A, SX71, NC173, Antennas: Butternut HF9V, 2 EFHW 80-10 120' 1 N/S 1 E/W, EFWH 40-10, 62' E/W, RX LOOP (.5-30) with Rotor. Sky/GRND Loop 700' OAL x 0' height.
