Very strong copy at my home QT, just after midnight local time. Per priyom.org, this station employs 16-tone MFSK, ~65.79 Bd, 175 Hz digital signal. I have no idea if anyone has come up with an app that can decode that (of course, any text that appears is going to be encrypted) but it would be fun to play around with if there were.
