12:24 UTC - SOH weak barely readable with voice / announcer in the background.
12:45 UTC - Also seeing the carrier on 11100.0 kHz AM and 11070.0 kHz AM.

It's likely this was CNR or CRI jamming them, i dont think anyone in north america has ever logged SOH

I have logged it here direct on 12210v kHz. It was easy to tell apart from the jammer because it was way off frequency and had the very tinny audio with no music. Multiple SOH frequencies that are not jammed can be heard in North America daily with a good antenna and low noise.

Songs are identified with Shazam if needed. I usually use KiwiSDR receivers. Reception from my QTH is using an SDRPlay RSP1A for SWL with a 40 meter band Inverted V at 40 feet. Kenwood TS-570D for ham use.
