A little noisy here in the hills of WV, But S9 signal.  Storms somewhere...

Tuned in at 0159 utc on Brookfield WI sdr with fair S9 to S9+10 signal, instrumental "the lonely bull" then song: "no milk today", Ballsmacker ID then song: "sweet cream ladies", seems to be a cow and dairy theme program,

Just about even with my S7 noise floor here.  Hard to copy but occasionally rising to readable levels.  However, I enjoyed the live stream at ballsmacker.net and got this SSTV image.
