2303- Alan Maxwell with a trippy tale, over music.
2304- OM recorded clip "Remember, remember, keep that door locked" over same music.
2304- AM continues with his comments, as music crescendos dramatically.
2305- Now just the theatrical instrumental music continues.
2306- OM recorded clip from movie, then Alan resumes with his "I call it the night time" ominous reflections.

Tuned in at 2316 utc on Barrington Hills IL sdr with fair/poor S7 to S9 signal, mournful music with male talking, can't understand what he is saying, at 2321 utc switched to Brookfield WI sdr with cleaner S9+ signal, can hear what is being said, Alan Maxwell talked about being uneasy visiting the circus, at 2350 Alan Maxwell said program was "dark tide" then Outer Limits theme, piano played fairly well by amateur musician, wolf howling, somebody talking in French, thanks for the nice program.

I have been using online receivers because of strong data hash interference in my neighborhood that I believe is caused by Uverse squeezing up to 100mb/sec through ordinary pairs of wires. 23:00 UTC Male speaker reciting a story over spooky music. "...passage that runs deeper and deeper..."
23:01 UTC House that lies the edge of a plain. The cellar has a monster.
23:06 UTC "I call it the nighttide".
23:09 UTC New voice, apprehensive about the dark woods.
23:12 UTC Wolf calls.
23:13 UTC "Listen to them, the children of the night, what music they make".
23:20 UTC Peered into a well. Saw a rusty spike. "Frightening diversity of the living".
23:23 UTC Talk about the hobo clown.
