Only paying half attention to this last night, so listened to the recording this afternoon:  0120 - 0209 AM was on AM, talk and music w/ SSTV a couple of times with no decode here.  0209 change to USB.  Quite audible with 2 OMs in unfocused discussion about food apparently sausage and the participants apparently having smoked ganga by the laughter ... discussion ended with "Happy Halloween", pause, NPR news (current w/ item on civil war in Sudan), another unfocused, apparently cannabis influenced discussion about mac and cheese, blueberry cobbler, etc.  No ID heard.

Fair with lightning QRN after changing to USB.
