I used to listen to this occasionally but I wish they would play music that is more.. you know...Kuwaiti in nature instead of the crappy western music they air. The arabic service plays music that is more indigenous to Kuwait. I think 15540 is actually a relay of an FM station.& not an actual "language service".

I'm not the only one who wishes they'd play Middle Eastern rather than Western music!  This is why I generally listen to the Arabic service rather than the English one, despite only knowing a few words of Arabic as yet.

I pulled R. Kuwait in on June 2nd @ 1830Z.  Heavy static, news announcer with an English accent, hard to pull this signal.

I hear them on a semi-regular basis here, they usually boom in loud and clear here in the SEK, usually off around 2200UT.
Listening in South East Kansas.

The only times I've ever heard Kuwait was when they had Arabic chanting going on.
An AM radio Boombox DXer.
+ GE SRIII, PR-D5 & TRF on MW.
The usual Realistic culprits on SW (and a Panasonic).
