April 26, at 0928 UT, on 7400 AM, heard what sounded like a brief drama in Russian, during which noted a "Radio Channel Eastern Star" ID
at 01:06 on my audio clip - https://app.box.com/s/2hmfk7wd4ktotjny332vtpkkzwxzqpcy ; fairly good reception.
