Outhouse Radio 6925 USB
« on: June 02, 2009, 0416 UTC »
6/2/09 - Tough one to ID.  Fairly good signal but heavy static crashes due to regional t-storms obscured ID's until midway through show.  ID's more clear upon reviewing mp3.  Outhouse Radio op quickly followed up reports to FRN w/ e-QSL.

Outhouse Radio - 6925.2 USB w/ some drifting, 0040-0140 UTC, mostly classic rock songs: ZZ Top "Beer Drinkers & Hell Raisers", "Mexican Blackbird", "Tube Snake Boogie", "Heard It On The X"; Nazareth "Hair of the Dog"; Cars "Shake It Up"; Black Sabbath "NIB"; Devo "Working in a Coal Mine"; Hendrix jam from Woodstock; Don Felder "Heavy Metal/Takin' a Ride"
0053z: Op repeated Outhouse Radio ID several times, still tough copy through local static crashes.
0124z: Audio bits from Dave Rabbit, Radio First Termer, audio distorted
0136z: "Outhouse Radio, signing off."
0139z: Outhouse Radio op back w/ shout-out to FRN posters. I think he said something about his birthday?
SINPO - 34222, signal punching through noise better after 0050z. Seemed to have settled around 6925.2
