Utility station over WWV on 10 mHz 2029z 5.2.2023

I'm hearing  utility station over WWV on 10 mHz. Sounds like the Military utes in the 8 mHz  band.

21:10 UTC - I did observe a couple of burst of traffic in USB. Too short a duration to determine what it was.

23:40 UTC - The UTE is now very predominant. It sounds like STANAG 4285 but I have not been able to get a good lock on it.
