0142 some kind of digital signal now which I think is a ute and that the station is QRT.

I have been observing a UTE operating in STANAG mode just a little over 1 kHz above 6925 for the past couple of days. That puts 6925 off limits for a while until we see if the use of the frequency by the UTE is temporary or not.
