0137  Been distracted by several things here ... signal up and down in noisy conditions.  Finally able to concentrate on radio enough to catch ID at 0141.

 0154 DJDW talking about poor conditions, ending, ID "Do Whatever ... bye bye.", off 0208.

S7 - S3 with considerable QRN.
