« on: May 22, 2023, 0211 UTC »
Just listening too 5950 KHz USB WRMI Radio Miami Int. 2:00 AM UTC, AT the top of the hour, as they were coming on air I picked up a digital signal, before the audio started, it lasted a few minutes, Were they sending a SST, slow scan tv signal, if so what software can I use to decode it. I do have Multipsk decoder, but I could not get it to decode the signal with the SST decoder.

You can use MMSSTV or RXSSTV on a computer to decode SSTV, or CQ SSTV for a smart phone.

Songs are identified with Shazam if needed. I usually use KiwiSDR receivers. Reception from my QTH is using an SDRPlay RSP1A for SWL with a 40 meter band Inverted V at 40 feet. Kenwood TS-570D for ham use.
