Songs are identified with Shazam if needed. I usually use KiwiSDR receivers. Reception from my QTH is using an SDRPlay RSP1A for SWL with a 40 meter band Inverted V at 40 feet. Kenwood TS-570D for ham use.

Really bad frequency choice due to the STANAG QRM. Does anyone listen first? As a result my passband is ~1.5 KHz wide. Oh joy.

Computerized ID (slow speech, sounding drunk) at 2330 UTC but too much QRM and noise in the room I am in right now to understand it.

2345 - Drunk computerized ID: "You are listening to (something something) Radio"

I don't STRETCH the truth.

2335 UTC Unid electronic music with OM vocoder voice repeating something. Good signal marred by the Stanag signal on the high side.
2345 UTC OM with slowly spoken ID "You are listening to Artist Spotlight Radio", followed by more electronic progressive music-OM singer
2349 UTC Different song...not sure how to categorize this genre of music
2357 UTC OM with slowly spoken ID and name of artist "Sparks"
(I remember seeing these guys on Saturday Night Live in the early 1980's!)
0007 UTC OM with ID and "Tonights artist..Sparks", then OFF

Here's my recording of the show:

2323 "This town ain't big enough for the two of us.", "I can't believe that you would fall for all the crap in this song",  (synth?) OM (distracted so I didn't make out what he said), "Dick Around" "Balls", OM w/ slow talking ID (so slow & with synth voice, it wasn't comprehensible), "The Existential Threat", "All you ever think about is sex",  2357 ID (comprehensible!), "Tarzan and Jane", "How are you getting home?", "iPhone",  0006 ID, off.  - all music Sparks.

S6 - 7 here. Noisy conditions.
