Strong S9 station in AM on 6925 khz playing music with poor audio

At least two, probably three, possibly more, stations involved. What a mess:

1339 Sign on with "What Condition My Condition Was In", so likely Insane Radio.
1349 Off

1354 Back on with Pirate Radio / FCC song

1359 Another AM station came on 6924.8 AM.
1402 "We Want The Airwaves"
1404 Pirate Radio / FCC song again. Both AM stations still on. Northwoods is buried.
1415 The 6925 AM station went off, leaving the one from 6924.8 which had drifted down to 6924.7 by now.
1415 OM talking about the universe?
1419 6924.7 AM went off
1419 I could hear the Northwoods loon and YL ID and then it went off with CW.


Meanwhile Northwoods Radio was on 6925 USB until
