311- OM on the mic says "you've been wasting time," I think, then something briefly, and into...
311- SSTV.
313- OM back on the mic, with a quick comment, and then "okilly dokilly," into...
313- "Take It To The Limit" by the Eagles.

Clear copy on weak signal of music. A cyclic sort of noise was heard earlier. Nice sounding music.
