Recorder Catch on 6925AM

Seemed like a loop of a Civil Defense PSA from the Department of Defense repeated, with some other clips in there as well.

Looked to be about an S6 here, but really hard to understand in storm QRN.

Tuned in just in time to catch the tail end of it after my girlfriend sent me a message that her dad said to listen to 6925, I didn't hear an ID and she said he didn't either.
