X-FM via Two Dog Radio 12035 USB 0105 UTC 10 JUL 2023
« on: July 10, 2023, 0105 UTC »
Weak music.
0135: Sounds better on the R-5000, S3 with a little noise. Very occasional audio dropouts but suspect it is the receiver.
0142: Signal is stronger now with Wall of Glass
0207: The Hardest Cut and it is the receiver.
0230: Dissolve

Songs are identified with Shazam if needed. I usually use KiwiSDR receivers. Reception from my QTH is using an SDRPlay RSP1A for SWL with a 40 meter band Inverted V at 40 feet. Kenwood TS-570D for ham use.

Very good reception into Masset at 02:44 with If You Could Only See by Tonic.  6865 is just barely audible and nothing on 5185, but it's still another 2+ hours until LSS.  I've always enjoyed X-FM, so thanks!!!
Listening to the amazing world of radio since 1967

Pushing between S5-S7 here in the Minneapolis/St.Paul area.
Receiver: Unlisted KiwiSDR configured to 3-channel wideband mode.
Ant: Homemade "Wellgood" 1m amplified loop normally kept in a fixed position (NNW/SSE) to keep 1500 KSTP in the null.

I was listening to X-FM on 6865 USB via SDRs in Utah and Idaho from about 0200 UTC onward while waiting for the audio to fade in here. Then I stepped away for a while.

Just came downstairs to check on X-FM again from my location and couldn't hear it via the MRI relay, but this Two Dog Radio relay is blasting in well now here near Seattle!

0324 UTC: "Stay Awhile" by Royksopp.
0326 UTC: "Seen it Coming" by Bob Moses.
0330 UTC: Redhat on the mic with a time check and ID, then "Ghosts Again" by Depeche Mode.
0337 UTC: "Water of Love" by Dire Straits.
0340 UTC: Relay ID into "Cola Falls" by The Mary Onettes.

Thanks, Two Dog and Redhat!
