Relay of a legit station?

0100 "Aye aye aye I love you!"
0111 some ment of "familia de radio".  Don't think it was part of any ID, but it's something I was able to make out from the mess.
0112 off

Fair to good here.  Seemed to be mostly Spanish, but it may be possible that there was some Portuguese-sounding stuff in there?
