7/22/13 2205z 15360 KHZ  Folk Music.  Pashto language.  Male and Female announcers.  Needed to confirm, so....

7/23/13 2155z 15360 KHZ  No signal. Waiting!  2158z  Carrier wave for 20 seconds. Then folk music.  2200z Westminster chimes.  Male announcer with (I think) news headlines.  Interference from SS station started 2202z.

Are you sure? all frequency listings that I have seen say Radio Mashaal is on from 9:00utc - 13:00utc. Not sure why they would have Westminster Chimes either. KBS is on 15360 from Wooferton from 18-19 utc but that is in Russian. Might need further monitoring.s

I am not sure either. The language was Pashto (or possibly Persian.) I'm definitely on the case!
