SDR recording catch: Very weak carrier noted with 0357 sign on.
Off at 0411. No real audio heard.

I could detect the carrier on my portable while on a canine stroll at 4:00z last night. Also noted on SDR recording. It sort of looks like a modulated digital mode at the beginning but it is too weak to tell what exactly is going on. Into music by 4:00z. It is too far down in the noise to actually ID anything.
