Lots of activity on the FM calling frequency 26.805MHz FM 26805 kHz FM.  Noted almost as much on 26.795 MHz as well.  Heard "187 Northern California" working a 10 division station (Mexico) on 26.805 MHz FM with almost full quieting signals, very nice audio from both stations.   A third station keyed over the Mexican DXer but thanks to capture effect...it made almost no difference. 

26.795 MHz is a good alternate for the 26.805 FM frequency.   It is usually much quieter than, say, 26.815 MHz or 26.825 MHz.
