That is the USAF HF-GCS. Its linked with 13200, 11175, 8992, 6739, 4724. What you were hearing was an aircraft most likely also on 11175 and 8992 or 11244 and a ground station in the back ground with a skyking message. The aircraft most likely was operating on 3 Frequencies simultaneously.
