Signal perking up a bit @ 0156, hearing voice

Presumed Rave On Radio at 0151 UTC. Conditions really suck or something else unusual, as I can ordinarily hear Rave On Radio at least S5. This signal is S2-S3 max and that would be generous.

Unfortunately, the signal is just above the S5 noise level here in Oklahoma. Hard to make out much of the music.   :(

Presumed Rave on Radio 0154.  Sounds like the Who or similar.
