just over the s5 noise level but its not even close to being dark yet

Very strong, clear signal here into southern Maine at 2249z. s9 +10 on peaks. Reading listeners letters.

Pirate Radio Boston 6925 22:35 8/31/13 SIO 353 started off very faint but was listenable by 22:45. Reading the reception reports from last broadcast.

tuned in at ~2300utc to an s9+20 signal on SSB ; just an occasional rain storm noise.  Heard the reports, Peter Tosh tune and story and how recorded in Boston and his demise.  Said 20th Anniversary in 2012.  WOW! Anyway congrats on 20 years and hears to 20 more!
