Radio Free Whatever doing nicely in NH tonight, S8 with lots of S9+ noise from a huge thunderstorm heading in from NY.

2345z Radio Free Whatever ID
0004z ID, DJ DW and friend...
0013z RFW off with SSTV

0024z He's back - USSR anthem and Intro with DJ Dick Weed and assistant Steven
0048z Radio Free Whatever ID

Signal has come up to S9, doing better against the thunderstorm static now

0114z Chill out music has put Steven to sleep... into some more space-out chill music
0123z SSTV, as above - whispered ID and off

was about an S unit over the noise, fair copy.  couple of ID's @ 0005z. SSTV at 0013z and off.
Back on about 10 minutes later.  Fair signal but getting weaker, losing out to the noise @ 0055z
