0149z - "Radio is having technical difficulties. Transmitter is smoking." SINPO 55455. Airspy HF+D and 148' loop-on-ground. Peaking over S9+20.
0152z - Music. Moved to 6956.8am.
0159z - "This is station Stern Radio" ID.
0201z - Music. DSB tuning.
0209z - UTE activity noted in the background. LSB ECSS cleaned up most of it.
0215z - "Stern Radio is having technical difficulties. Transmitter is smoking."
0215z - Back to music.
0223z - Music. 6957.6am.
0228z - Looked at the waterfall. 6957.8am. Sounding pretty good here.
0232z - Station ID.
0238z - 6958.9am.
0241z - Sign off statement, QSL info, and anthem music.
0245z - Off air.

0151: Very weak music for about a minute now gone. Carrier is still there in the waterfall.
0159: Getting some audio, sounded like someone repeated a sentence and now some religious music?
0241: Have Nsk by Laibach on 6957.9 AM now.Weak but readable.

0210 End of contemporary dance music, OM talk (indistinct) which seemed to fade in and out.  Then sudden - OM "Radio is having technical difficulties. Transmitter is smoking. It won't kill me." Synth YL; (couldn't make out what she said) - still not distinct & repeated several times, 'I Walk the Line' - Alien Sex Fiend,  ID sequence X2, 'Thorns (Distant vocals Version)' - Wumpscut  Up to 6957.7 at 0226, 'Red Alert' - Epsilon Minus - 0228 to 6957.8, 0232 gave an email address OM then YL, 'Cryout' - Yendri, "This now concludes ..." by OM then YL, email address by both, 'Nsk' - Laibach, 0245 off, carrier drops about 45 sec. later.

S8 signal but unclear here.  Some ongoing ute like signal on USB after s/off probably contributed to the somewhat difficult reception here.

Tuned in at 0230 utc on Brookfield WI sdr with good S9+20 to S9+30 signal, good modulation, techno pop music, at 0240 tuned in locally with fair/poor S9+20+ signal over S9+20 neighborhood noise, off at 0245 after announcement and an anthem of some kind, nice program, thanks.
