S4 to S5 signal, seems like some more audio issues, intermittent hum and weak audio.

I tuned in just as Radio Azteca was signing off at 1640 UTC. Caught Bram Stoker announcing this was program #6, and then off with interval horns. Very nice S9+10 signal.
