HM01 11635 KHZ 2100 UTC 09/23/2013 low audio

Hi Folks,

Listening to HM01 11635 KHZ 2100 UTC 09/23/2013 with very low audio but a strong S9++ signal.

The modulation is just about at the noise level in-fact I have to listen in USB to really hear anything at all.

Sounds like the transmitter blew the modulation output stage and only the driver stage leakage is modulating the signal. ;-)

Someone is asleep at the switch again it seems... par for the course for that lot ehhh?

Yesterday I listened on this same frequency and time and nothing heard at all except the carrier.  It's a wonder their people ever get their messages...  works for me <heh>

Have a good day and a better tomorrow!

I've noticed that for ALL the transmissions of the Cuban Lady (I have regularly monitored them at 5855 at 05 UT and 9330 at 07 UT, so I can speak a bit about those frequencies). It is possible that the machine that generates the voice is weak -- and is so especially on the number 3 --AKA "tres" (after all, they are apparently 30+ years old -- see the videos of Peter Staal for more on those machines which were apparently produced in the former East Germany: http://www.youtube.com/user/PeterStaal01?feature=watch)....
