Recorder Catch on 6925USB

This was the first of what appears to be 5 separate "loud" blocks of program.

0409 to 0414z   This block is an up-for-grabs mix:

0409 Things started out with "1 Night in Bangkok"
0410 a second station with metal was heard also, poss LTO, but no ID heard.  Until  0412 they were at about equal level.
0413 a PPVR ID was heard.
0414 Metal ends; dead air

These blocks belongs to LTO Radio, and will reported separately.

0415 - 0420
0425 - 0429
0431 - 0435
0442 - 0445
