I am not really sure what this is, and I am not even sure if this is what it sounds like.  I noted a weak USB firing up on the top end of the waterfall, and I clicked in at 6957.38 USB and heard what sounded like drums (talking drums?) and claves.  Else, slow morse.

I did not have the time to investigate proper tuning and mode as it was off in about 40 seconds.  Anyone else capture this?

I didn't hear this live, but I have heard it before early one morning at around 0125 some months ago
