There's no listing for such a station at that time/frequency but there is for CRI in EE via Mali. Without a better description of what programming you copied, this is the fair conclusion for station ID, not Iran.

There USED to be... Iran Int'l TV was on 15630 and another freq for like 2 years.. but in all my monitoring i never ever heard english.. and i heard them alot.

And some  sites till still have that old listing

Thats why I use eibi.. its about as accurate as they get and easy to read on my phone.. and once you load the text file on your phone, no internet requried (i dont have it where i dx)
