Its a relay of german legal FM station Delta Radio.

Good morning to you all. During my indoor reception, I could pick up, DELTA RADIO, at 19.27 U.T.C. in Northern France. The maximum signal strengh was 4/12 LED with a SINPO of 45444. The programmes were in german language. I can't say where was situated this relay. Good D.X. B.L.
