English service, 11685 very good reception - 9870 good reception.  Thunderstorms approaching here. (The Travelers Golf Tournament is 10 miles away and play is stopped.) Annual broadcast to Antarctic research team to mark shortest day celebration, welcoming back the sun.  Generally consists of homespun greetings from immediate family members and music (frequently a sun related theme).
