Carrier on 6909.981, verified as a Europirate on Iann's Chat - but no ID yet.
Update - ID'd as Premier Radio via Iann's Chat. Some very weak traces of audio now coming through.

If still on at 2030z and still near 6909.98kHz then weak carrier noted in the SDR waterfall.  Unlike most HF sigs, this is noticeably enhanced by having the loop on azimuth.
