This didn't sound like any Toynbee Radio show (or transmitter) I've heard. It sounded similar to the station I heard last night, so I think the ID is "Twangy Radio." Of course, I might be totally wrong, but it's tough to tell with the electronic IDs. Lots of funk because he said that the government was in a funk. "Super Freak," "Play That Funky Music," "Wild Thing," etc.

Sounded like op was holding a mic for the audio because I could hear what sounded like "cord creaks" from time to time.

Excellent signal
