Just saw this now, it's a mystery because most MW and all remaining SW stations from Latin America aren't 24h and 0730 UTC is the middle of the night even in Brazil.  There has been a 3x harmonic from Chile for months on 4590 (hasn't made it to North America but heard consistently on Argentina SDRs) so maybe this is a harmonic from 1590?

Big into SWDX late 70s through early 90s, then forgot about it and when I returned via SDRs it wasn't at all what I remembered, but I'll deal with it. Grumble, grumble. All SDRs acknowledged, nothing is from my own radio.
