Got up & turned on my dx-398 with the reel antenna taped to the ceiling & heard @ 1500gmt the following:
BBC on 11.890, Singapore relay site, sports play-by-play (football ?) w. decent signal;
Usual R. Australia & N. Zealand.
N. Korea on 11.710 w. good signal.
China o.k. on 13.740
BBC relay Oman on 9.410 w. erratic signal, same content as 11.890.

"Propagation Rules" (....but you already knew that.)
