Good reception, perhaps slightly over modulated/low whistling in transmission
2216 Series of phonetic letters (Whiskey India November, etc)
2221 Says a word three times, almost sounds like OM that does Hawaiian Numbers
2225 Off
2227 Phonetic letters start, perhaps six, then pause, a few more then pause
2229 Letters restart with a handful, then pause
2230 Letters restart

SDR recording catch, heard from 2214 sign on with what sounded like the old MOSSAD phonetics. Tough copy.
