Big S9 signal playing several minutes of thunder and background music.

At 2220z at last some voice "it's time to feed your children" and off I believe.

Signal has come up out of the mud and is very clear and at a S9. Weird music.

S9+ here with good audio.

Good signal here with very little to no noise on it. I did not get decode of the SSTV, if that's what it was.
