1523 OK carrier strength, weak audio.
1540 Somewhat better now, but the audio is not much above the noise floor.

Here, too. Wasn't sure if it was noise from a solar panel or something else at first. But after a minute or two of listening, some audio faded up. Man singing a slowish pop song right now
