Interesting broadcast, heard the station id at 0039z. Weak here and the announcer hard to make out what he is saying most of the time. S3

0036 I heard it here in California, the sun was still up.    Its signal could have been better. I liked the song at 0036, but I had to leave. I wonder what band it was.  What does WTFYWTCM stand for?
