UNID Spanish 6890 USB 0143 UTC 21 NOV 2024

Very strong signals with the Laurel Springs, NC KiwiSDR. Weak but audible direct. Very weak on a Mexican KiwiSDR. Seen this around 2350 UTC tonight and I have seen it a few nights previous. Long list of something, not quite sure what. Other stations asking him to repeat the list. Off at 0146 after all seem to have copied the message. Sounds like utility not Peskie to me but odd to be Spanish from a seemingly US based location.
