1158z - Consider this one highly tentative. ~S8 carrier with intermittent faint modulation mostly in the noise floor. Possible UTE activity overlapping the frequency as well. Airspy HF+D and 30' inverted delta loop with preamp. YMMV.

This carrier has been appearing intermittently on 6938 for some time now, possibly over a year.

Chris, thanks for the FYI.

The carrier appears to be slightly under 6938. There seems to be occasional tiny blips of modulation.

The overall profile reminds me of some of the China-based signals I tend to receive in the early AM hours here. That said my 30' vertical loop is not really directional enough at ~7MHz to actually bother trying to check.
