Just signed on to this site. I heard this yesterday too at 0050utc and I thought I heard a female say "crazy radio" but I'm not sure, I heard that Hank Williams tune then I heard a country rock tune that went "I'd rather be a redneck than a piece of white trash", then female saying "broadcasting from Jay Farley's mother's basement", fair signal with some static, I had it at 6966.65 on my R8. (Update) It may have been Twangy Radio.

Drake R8, Kenwood R-2000, Panasonic RF-4900, Sony 2010, Realistic DX440, Grundig Satellit 500, 7mhz backyard dipole, Mt Prospect, IL 20miles (32km) NW of downtown Chicago. I have been using online receivers because of strong data hash interference in my neighborhood that I believe is caused by Uverse squeezing up to 100mb/sec through ordinary pairs of wires. I don't have Uverse but neighbors do. williamhassig@yahoo.com

This would be correct.  Currently the only broadcasting entity with a valid lease to use mummy's basement studio is Twangy Radio, and they are great tenants.  Mom's just trying to earn a little cash on the side to buy a big-arse TV for watching Dancing With the Stars and The Big Bang Theory.
