I have a carrier here on 6924.704, so I am pretty sure it is RTN. Hopefully the signal will improve as the evening goes on.
Sign off seemed to be 0506, but it was extremely weak by then.

Unidentified station on 6925 AM mode I think.  Signal is very weak and audio can barely break through background noise.  S5-S7

Tuned in at 0200utc, poor, very weak, heard dance music, occasional static, heard DJ say hello to various people, heard female DJ say "radio true north". Email at radiotruenorth@gmail.com.

I have been using online receivers because of strong data hash interference in my neighborhood that I believe is caused by Uverse squeezing up to 100mb/sec through ordinary pairs of wires. I don't have Uverse but neighbors do. williamhassig@yahoo.com
