Fairly good signal despite the noisy conditions - TR was on & off briefly between 01:47z-01:55z.

Thanks for the heads up SL; I missed this in reviewing my overnight.  Details as SL notes and seemed to be airing some new IDs.  Reviewing the overnite Signal Strength, TR was right at an S3 noise floor here.
