Heard while walking the hound. ID at about 2:19z & music by that new band all the kids are excited about The Rolling Stones (with a silly name like that ,they'll never last).       
 Poor signal on PL660. I was unable to copy for more than a couple of minutes & the synch was unable to lock on the weak signal.

SDR recording catch. Looks like sign on was 0203z. Extremely weak here, just some audio from time to time.
