Playing good music tonight! Also, even though signal comes and goes, I changed my antenna configuration from end fed, to dipole with a balun, and it cut out all the common mode noisy crap I was getting before. I can hear way better. As soon as I was finished with the antenna and turned on my SDR, BOOM!! There you were just coming on.

Tuned in at 0140 on Traverse City MI sdr with fair/weak S9-S9+10 signal, pop music at noise level,
Drake R8, Kenwood R-2000, Panasonic RF-4900, Sony 2010, Realistic DX440, Grundig Satellit 500, 7mhz backyard dipole, Mt Prospect, IL 20miles (32km) NW of downtown Chicago. I have been using online receivers because my 7mhz dipole came down in a storm and after my stroke on June 3rd I can no longer get up on a ladder to fix it. williamhassig@yahoo.com
